Joe called very quickly after I left a message (on a Sunday!) and went through a lot of possible things to check in order to try to save my paying for a service call (much appreciated). Ended up scheduling an appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning. He was here on the dot and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fixed not only that, but helped my husband get other things restarted as well (water filter and hot water heater) before he left. "As a realtor, I found Rich from Expedient Environmental Solutions while searching for a client who needed mold remediation. He and his crew did an excellent job at a fair price. They finished on time and left the home clean. So, when I was looking personally to have basement waterproofing (interior french drains and sump pump) along with radon mitigation, I received 3 quotes, of which theirs was the most comprehensive plan, and again not the highest quote overall. They finished the work ahead of schedule by bringing four workers the second day, were respectful throughout and left the area reasonably clean. "This company is wonderful. The guys who came out when I had an emergency are seriously knowledgeable, resourceful, and professional. They came out in the snow, within a couple of hours of my calling them, and replaced a busted water heater by that evening we had hot water for showers. I live in a newer house and I'm not knowledgeable about how things work and they stepped me through what I should look out for and also what I should do if we have another emergency. I'm blown away by how they were able to replace the water heater in one day. This included purchasing it and picking it up and installing it. Plus, they also got to the root of the problem that had caused other costly repairs and replacements for me which was a faulty water pressure gauge that was installed by the builders. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."
