We needed a driveway renovation plus landscaping - broken areas of asphalt to repave, cracks to fill, landscaping to build up on the sides of the drive to prevent further crumbling, and then sealcoating. Rick who quoted the job was very professional - his crew showed up promptly as scheduled, worked very hard and did a very nice job with the patch paving, crack filling and landscaping. As soon as the weather warmed up, the crew came back to finish the project with a beautiful two-coat spray on of sealcoating. This over 15 year old driveway looks brand new. Courteous. Nice. Easy to schedule and showed up on time as scheduled. Worked very hard. Did a super job. We will definitely hire E & B again next year for a final sealcoat over the recently patches which were too recently installed to be sealcoated this year. "I highly recommend Guarco Construction. Carl Guarco and his crew just completed paving and curbing my parents' long, steep, curving driveway -- not an easy job. They dug up and removed the old asphalt, gave extra attention to preparing the bed, paved the main driveway, installed curbing and a secondary driveway/parking spot. Carl kept me well informed during the entire process and always responded to my calls and questions right away. The driveway looks beautiful. Week one taking only one day to remove the old driveway and week 2 to repave in one afternoon. He has great team of workers that got the job done with outstanding end results. "Phenomenal job! Dave and his crew were flawless. On time and very thorough. I've seen some driveway sealing jobs that were a mess...sealer all over the grass, etc. This job was as I said...flawless. Looked like I had a new driveway installed. The grass was neatly trimmed around the driveway and it looked as if they masked the edges. If you have OCD, you will love this company! Perfect job! "I wasn’t home at the time of service so I couldn’t voice my concerns but I’m not happy with the curb that was put in along my driveway and grass.. it was done very sloppy and it just doesn’t look good. Also, I stayed off the driveway for a week to let it cure, and I have tire imprints all over the drive way. I don’t park the cars in the same areas all the time and cars don’t usually stay in those areas long anyways. I feel like not enough asphalt was used in certain spots. That’s what I get for not taking the day off I guess."
