I have to admit that sometimes I need Frank to guide me, not that I feel lost, but the assurance and certainty he does things it gives me security. "Jim and the crew at Redman Construction Inc are all top shelf. They did an excellent job on a bathroom remodel. They were neat, courteous, and efficient as well as fair and reasonable with pricing. To the penny on their estimate. Great job from start to finish."

"We recently hired US Pro Paint and Renovation, Inc. to do a remodel of our kitchen. We cannot say enough about JR and his entire team. They were professional, dependable, efficient and kept us updated every step of the way. The turnaround time for our project was quick and the finished product was beyond our expectations. We have already recommended JR and his team to friends and would highly recommend them for any project. It was a pleasure working with US Pro Paint and Renovation, Inc. and look forward to working with them in the future"

"Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

"The most important part of a remodeling project is your contractor. It is the contractor that determines how smoothly the project goes and how pleased you will be when it is finished. Liam Neary is the contractor I would want to work with again. We actually enjoyed the remodeling process because of Liam. Liam was very attentive to all our concerns throughout the project. All work performed by Liam himself was exceptional. He is neat, prompt, and organized with a-plus communication. Liam is honest, congenial and eager to please. Subcontractor work occasionally did not rise up to Liam's standards. Whenever we pointed these minor details out, Liam always rectified the issues. We love our new kitchen!"

"Thiago is a really friendly guy, he is outgoing and no matter what he will always get the job finished. He did a job in my kitchen and it came out wonderful, my wall had a lump from bad plaster worker but with thiago skills he was able to hide with the new cabinets. Amazing worker/person 10/10. May god bless him as he blessed me with his hardwork."

"We were very impressed with Pedro, and Crystal Renovations. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the professionalism is unmatched. Most of all, Pedro is someone you can work with, who will guide you in making the best decisions for your home."

"When we purchased this older house, we quickly realized the second-floor deck was in bad shape and needed a total overhaul. We got a couple of quotes, but Will came highly recommended. We decided to go with them as they are family-owned to take on the job and I'm so glad we did. They did a killer job!
The whole process was hassle-free and the final result was much better than expected. They were knowledgeable and genuinely cared about doing the best job possible. But what really impressed me was how much I was able to lean on them for advice on other needs of the older house and ended up doing some other work in the upstairs bathroom. Being new to home ownership, I had a lot of questions and Will was more than happy to help me out with recommendations and solutions. The new deck they built is now one of the best parts of my house.
Overall, I can't recommend these guys enough. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. genuinely cared about me and my home. If you're looking for a contractor who will do an amazing job and offer great advice, Will is your guy."

"Bourke Remodeling has worked with us on several projects, the major one being a kitchen remodel and a masonry rebuild and roofing a new shed. They did a great job and we were so pleased with the entire experience. In spite of our own sometimes fickle process and requests, Erick and Tom worked with us in a cheerful, patient and expert way and with great skill to achieve the kitchen we were envisioning. The whole process was fun, enriching and resulted in a kitchen that precisely fits what we envisioned--an updated kitchen that retained its original character while making it new again. We smile every time we enter it. Thank you so much Erick and Tom for your patience and professionalism."
