"More like Unreliable. I spent $2,000 for shoddy work. They installed a gate for my front yard and within ONE day a piece of the gate fell off and went missing. After going back and forth with an associate named Luis Ramirez they tried CHARGE ME for the parts to install myself. Do not use this company. It is not worth the money and they have very poor customer service. I will be writing the better business bureau next."

"I needed to have several sections of an old cedar stockade fence replaced. After getting a couple of quotes and not getting any follow up from the original installers, I decided on The North Fence Co. From 1st contacts, Fabio was pleasant, not pushy and great with follow up. The price was reasonable, not lowest but certainly not highest. Within one week, I had my fence replaced. The crew came exactly as I was told and worked hard on a cold day to make sure the fence was perfectly straight and even did a few extra touches to match up to existing chain link on one side. I am more than happy with the outcome, the kind, friendly owners and highly recommend them if you need fencing done right. "

"When I first met Edwin he was very polite. He promised to follow the explicit details of the project which were to match existing fence. He said he would start in two weeks. When he finally showed up it had been a month. He stayed for a few hours and went home sick after having brought a small amount of disgraceful materials. I mistakenly agreed to pay $300 for these in advance. The wood was cracked, some posts too large and the boards the wrong species. After being instructed not to use a specific post he did so anyway. Then proceeded to make the gate a foot shorter than fence. After he left I noticed the cross bars were pine which he argued and lied over until Angi got involved. To keep job he agreed to get cedar like the original fence. By then I had had enough manipulation and childishness. He insisted on finishing job and I did not want him to. So in fear he would, I had to keep and move the materials he lazily left. If I do not get my $300 back I am glad because the gentleman working for him was very kind and I don’t want Edwin having an excuse not to pay him. Edwin is dishonest, and immature. I do not recommend him! My parents recently passed away and I wanted the project done for my Mother at least by Father’s Day. I am disabled and my puppy who is helping me to survive is not safely contained in my front yard. The Summer is wasted because I cannot empty the garage and get my home ready for a future PCA. Edwin knows not what he did and didn’t do. Do not hire this person and God Bless!"
