"After several frustrating phone calls and quotes regarding a leak in my skylight, I saw an advertisement for Home Advisor. Within minutes of submitting my request, Peter called. Very personable and professional. Within a few hours of his initial phone call, the roof was fixed - and I didn't need to replace it as some had recommended. Not only was he quick and efficient, he called the next day after a rain to follow up. I would highly recommend Peter"

"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend MJA to anyone considering inside or outside renovation or repairs; they're honest and give a fair price and will go through things step by step with you which nearly impossible to find and a real treasure once you do."

"Did an excellent job replacing boards, power washing, sanding and staining deck. Looks great!"

"Dave was a pleasure to work with. We initially called in for a facia repair on our siding and a few roof shingles that blew off in a wind storm. Dave informed us we would be able to file a claim with our insurance company for an entire roof replacement. We were initially skeptical but Dave worked with us and directly with our insurance company to complete the entire job. The work was completed quickly and the roof is beautiful"
