"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."

"Guys did a great job as promised.  Took advantage of a $999 special; an additional $300 for extra exterior door painting.  Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint.  House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting.  Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times.

"In June of 2010 my house flooded due to a faulty toilet tank intake line.  Forever Wood Construction was there within 2 hours & begin the steps needed to start the repair of my home.  They helped me move all my belongings out of the way so they could remove the water damaged part of the walls & the damaged flooring.  They set up blowers & dehumidifiers throughout my house to dry it out so they could proceed to put it all back together.  They totally matched the texture on my walls & you can't tell that I've ever had a flood or had any portions of the walls redone!  They even fixed some long standing electrical issues for me.  Great company!  I definitely recommend this company to others."

"It took several hours of work and materials. The experience was very good. The guy basically came out, did the job and left. He came in prepared and had all the materials. Their responsiveness to my emails and to my purchasing the Deal was good but the extra service response was not good. I needed them to be more responsive in terms of scheduling and they should have performed the more urgent repair quickly instead of leaving me hanging. They always called ahead. They did what they were supposed to do very well. I would basically find someone who is local and is not a large company. They shouldn't have made me wait for weeks in order to get my roof repaired. We did schedule our first appointment within one week from the inspection but that day it started to rain and actually rained pretty heavily so they called to reschedule because they couldn't work in the rain. It got rescheduled for another 2 weeks. If they were able to fix the roof within 3 days if the inspection, I would have given them an A but it took them another 7 days to schedule the first appointment to repair. They scheduled on March 11th and by that time, it had started raining and they had to reschedule again."
