"I scheduled an appointment to have the carpet in my master bedroom deep cleaned and treat any pet stains. I received a call the day before my appt to provide a time frame of when the technician would arrive. The day of the appointment I received a phone call from the technician to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived promptly and measured the square footage since I was a first time customer. He informed me that the information would be placed in their system so repeat appointment would have that information. I was asked follow-up questions around my pet so any stains could be treated properly. At the end of the cleaning a blower was set up to help the carpet dry. The cleaning left my carpet looking brand new and the scent used was light and pleasant. I was given a spot cleaning solution for use between appointments. The technician was very professional and took the time to educate me on the process. I was pleased with the overall results and will be a repeat customer and recommending to family and friends."

"The estimator (Amy) arrived on time. I showed her the work that I thought needed to be done. She pointed out that some areas could just be cleaned. I got a written quote on the spot and made an appointment for the following week. The workman (Dennis) arrived on time and we went over the proposal and estimate - no changes were needed. He cleaned the wall-surround, re-grouted the shelf area, and re-caulked all around the tub. I was ver satisfied with the results. The entire enclosure looks new."

"Paul came right out to look at the patio. He put me in touch with a roofer, who unethically tried to cut Paul out of the picture, and was also not available right away. Paul quickly found me a new roofer that came out promptly and removed the old roof. Paul then replaced all of the damaged wood and painted it to match the existing roof bays. The roofer returned to re-roof the patio. They did a good job and finished in a timely manner. Paul was very pleasant and easy to work with. He followed through on what he said he would do. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a more official receipt. Because it was part of a real estate transaction, by law I needed to provide the buyer with a receipt for the work that was done. I did get a receipt, but it was an email stating what work had been done, instead of a normal receipt. The realtors accepted it, but both said a real receipt would have been better."

"We used RYF to restore the Douglas Fir subfloor in our living and dining rooms and Oak in our hallway and bedrooms. We were very impressed with the final result! John, the owner, and Luciano, the lead on the project, were both extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Both took the time to thoroughly educate and explain to us the work and cost of restoring our hardwood floors and installing baseboards with quarter rounds. John even took the time to call me on a Sunday morning to make sure I understood everything. Luciano was such a hard worker, even showing up at 4 am the last day to apply the final coat to the floors (we weren’t living in the house at the time). Luciano and his team worked through the weekend, too, to ensure a timely finish. I never felt like they were rushed, though. Painters came in immediately once the floors were dry so we don’t have final pictures of the floors yet (because they are covered to protect), but we will update this review with the end results. Overall, I would highly recommend RYF to anyone looking to bring old hardwoods back to life. I’ve already started to give out John’s number!"
