"At first, I was happy with the customer service, very responsive, Great price for job and scheduling was not too bad. The total project took about 3-4 days due to some weather issues and machinery problems. I was expecting more of a 2-3 day turn around. That did not bother me as much as the random holes that popped up after the concrete started to dry. Owner stated that it was due to the delay pack they threw in the concrete to slow down the drying stage so they could pour and shape the area since it was so large. I get that and have heard of this process but when the holes started to show they are the size of quarters and have a rust brown stain around the edge of the hole. I called to get it fixed - waited about two weeks for repair and was told it would look brand new- the holes are still very visible with the rust stain around it and the resin used to fill the holes are a different shade color than the concrete. We are very disappointed since we spent so much money on this project not even to be able to enjoy it for one day of it being perfect. On a positive note- if you want to use this company for landscaping needs I think you are fine. The mulch and replanted grass seed that was placed around the project are beautiful."

We picked a convenient time for him to visit and discuss with us exactly what the proposed project would entail. We wanted our old garage, and a small patio floor, resurfaced. Keiths quote came a day later and we set a time and date (our choosing) for the process. On the appointed day the Granite Garage Floors crew arrived and went to work. They also did similar work on the walkway to the house, and put a decorative, protective coating on it. Looks great! They first removed the crumbling concrete and block, framed up the steps, reinforced them from inside prior to pouring the cement, reduced the rise to make them safer-- and so then added another step. My family at the house is telling me how much better they are - not just the repair due to the crumbling, but the noticeable difference made by the change in rise.  John was extremely flexible, working with me on a few other situations which arose beforehand. The job was completed in a timely manner, despite an intervening holiday.
