"The estimator, Albert, was very knowledgeable about his product and forthright on his answers to my questions and concerns about the installation and the windows and doors guarantees.  The installation crew,led by Tom, was here and began work on time and finish on time the same day.  The focused on the installation job and cleaned up like there was never any work done.  Each knew their job and worked like a well orchestrated team.  They did not waste any time even for lunch.
