"Tim showed up on time and did an AMAZING job. Our basement and the stairs leading to the basement were filthy. They have never been cleaned in 20 years. I read the reviews on Angie's List out this company and decided to give them a try. By the time Tim was done, our carpets looked almost new. I did take before and after photos that I will post if there is an option to do so. I would definitely hire this company again and would recommend them to my friends and family. They do a great job, they are hard working and they are very honest!"

"Vertical Connection is wonderful! I asked them for a certificate of insurance, and they gave it to me. Stephanie was very helpful. In an e-mail, I told her that I wanted white draperies. When I arrived at the store, she had many samples already picked out for me. I told her that I wanted the draperies to match the paint on my walls. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring a sample of the paint color. Stephanie, however, has samples of all of the Sherwin Williams paints, and she matched the swatch to the paint color perfectly. She also had a nice selection of hardware to go with the curtains. The installer put up the drapes in less than an hour. I had a great experience with this vendor!"

"Things started well - we got an estimate by email from Sandra at T&IL for an initial deep clean of our home and for subsequent monthly cleaning. Then it started going downhill. It was pretty difficult to coordinate a date for the initial deep clean. We were left waiting to hear back a lot. Then, when a date was set - the crew didn't show up until 430pm - despite agreeing to 9am-4pm as the 'available' time window. The crew performed half of the deep clean (kitchen and bathrooms only) in about 45 minutes and then tore out of our driveway like a bat out of h*ll. Perhaps they were upset that we didn't cancel our family dinner to accommodate the unplanned evening clean? We weren't asked to. Sandra promised they'd be back the next day. Then another message said that it would have to be "next week." And that they needed payment for half-done job. That's when the ghosting started. Despite a half-dozen text messages and emails requesting plans for the completion of the deep clean, NOTHING. No reply or response. No communication about any kind of issue. We have no clue why we're being ghosted - none whatsoever. The T&IL Instagram and Facebook are being updated, but we can't get a response asking for the second half of our deep clean. What can we do except give up and seek services elsewhere? At best, this is VERY poor communication."
