I wanted something with more horsepower and after doing some research, I decided an ejector pump would work best for my home. Tyler was very friendly and understanding of my situation. He told me about some options, gave me the literature and a fair price for what I wanted. He and his team were very professional and attentive and definitely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. I was a little apprehensive about going with a company that’s just starting out, but Tyler gave me a good feeling about their company and products. I’m very happy with the installation and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again (although I hope I never have to) for any future needs. We have multiple rental properties, so I would call him first if I ever need service at any of them. A+++"

The call center was very accommodating (I changed and postponed the service a few times over several weeks). The window for arrival was provided well in advance. The technicians showed up on time and were courteous. The work was done right. The technicians were very patient in answering my questions and explaining the system. I asked Kevin for a bit of help with a second project I was trying to tackle myself (replacing a loose handle and cartridge on a faucet) and he kindly took over and completed the project for me and offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Basically, he far exceeded my expectations! If you call this business, they may have a lot of good technicians, but I'd recommended Kevin!"

"One gentleman arrived just before 9 am and brought in all the tools and supplies they would need and put cloth down on the entrance and work areas. Another gentleman arrived just after 9 am and they worked steadily throughout the day to complete the installation. I decided to finally check on them around 3 pm and they were in the process of taping up all the joints to seal the duct work and the work area had already been cleaned. Very professional with a great attitude. I know that they had some problems with the old duct work as I overheard some conversations between the two gentleman on how to handle it; no complaining that it was harder than they thought and the final price was less than the estimate. When does that happen...ever! But they said they quoted some work that didn't need done so they took it off the bill. It was a nice surprise. On a side note this has been installed for about two weeks and the zoning works exactly as promised. If the upstairs hasn't reached the temperature it's set at and the downstairs has then the downstairs dampers shut and all of the air flow goes to the second floor until the thermostat reaches temperature."

"Kitchen drain had been gurgling for months. That didn’t get my attention but when it stopped draining…well time to act. Ivan listened to my problem, took a look and gave me my options. As requested he tried to snake the drain but couldn’t get the snake to advance. Got a smaller snake with the same issue. The snake came back with rust and sludge. Well kitchen sinks are rather important so i gave the OK to replace the stack. Note that I live in a century home with 100 yo cast iron stacks. I nearly fainted when he showed me how the rust and sludge had narrowed the stack’s diameter to the size of my pinky. Through all of this Ivan answered all of my questions, kept me informed and gave me time to think which I very much appreciated. Would I tell my friends and neighbors to use Mr. Rooter? I would enthusiastically! Am I thrilled with my new stack and quick draining sink? Oh yes I am 😄 "
