From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. Project managers went above and beyond from point of inspection of roof and work needed, making minor repairs to prevent leaks if it rained prior to scheduled day, and follow through to gutter replacements. This was the only company that recommended we contact the insurance company because of roof damage found on their inspection, thereby saving us about 75% out of pocket (never would have thought to contact the house insurer otherwise)."

The first part of the project - the front roof repair and asphalt shingles replacement - was done in December of 2021, with plans to finish the rest of the house by the end of March 2022. Today Frankie and his team completed the rest of the roof of the house, replaced the roof with matching shingles on the garage and the shed, and fixed rotted encasing of the chimney with new plywood, making sure it matched the original pattern. "From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property.
