"It was going well until I pointed out a missed spot. He said he`d check it again tomorrow. However, he left yesterday, and today was supposed to be the last day for the light switch work. He seemed frustrated when he had to fix it, then became rude. I told him what I wanted and mentioned I didn't have all the supplies on the first day. I asked if my porcelain and bead tile purchases could be used for the finishing touches and decorating, such as putting up the mirror and toilet paper holder. Yesterday morning, when I gave him more tile, he seemed surprised. He then implied he wanted to do the whole bathroom, including another wall. He was upset. I told him its okay, but you don`t want this kind of ending when you invite people to your home for work. Now, apprehensive about talking to the person coming tomorrow to look at the fence, as he already stated he`d need payment even if the job isn't completed."

"Batu subcontracts the work, doesn't come to check on work. There is no aattention to details on work. Very bad job. 2 workers on the job. One quit because he doesn't he guys. At least thats what Ben told me. Keith is an older man and is not able to do this work anymore.. Photos are taking throughout the job. Hopefully Batu goes to the job sites to see work. He showed up once, and that was when I complained after I returned from NY. The painting was so bad it cost me so much more that it had too. And Batu doesn't even care to fix the issue. Be careful his pride is moreimportant than his work."

"March, 2025: Requested irrigation specialists from Angi. Selected 3-T Irrigation and Pavers which gave an estimate for a new pump. April 9, Chris installed a new irrigation pump with a 1-year warranty. I paid him 900.00, the agreed upon price. Saturday May 17. The pump is not working.; I text Chris He asks for my address but my phone is off. Saturday, May 17. text him my address Friday, May 23, text my address again Sometime after this, he fixes the pump, but it breaks down again. Tuesday, June 11 he is scheduled to fix the pump, but it rains in the afternoon Friday, June 13 I text to ask if he can come Monday, June 16 He comes out to install a check value & fix the pump. He thinks it might be the check value so he digs to the pipers, but there is no valve. I offer to pay him to install a valve as that seems beyond our original work. Tuesday June 17 I tell him the pump is working. but it is running through several cycles & I had to manually shut it off. He promises to come the next day to fill in the dirt & cover the pipes. Wednesday, June 18, He does not come. Monday, June 23 . He still has not yet come. I text him to tell him that the sprinklers came on, but that they ran from 5:00 to 10:30 when I turned them off. He did not respond, Tuesday, July 1 I text him to tell him I'm not happy that he has not returned to cover the pipes; in fact I'm disappointed since he was referred by Angi. Monday, July 6 I send him a picture with the dug up backyard, and ask him to fill in the dirt. He did not respond. Wednesday, June 9. I text him to tell him that the pump has stopped again. Maybe we should get a new pump since it is still under warranty. I am awaiting his response."

"The work was beyond my expectations. The crew was versatile in accommodation of my needs. Some rooms were not that easy because of layout or permanent fixtures but to them it was not an issue. They addressed everything professionally and in a very timely manner. Would clean up after their daily work and left better than when they came. Their job quoting on materials was on the money with little to no waste as well as left over materials. Couldn't ask for anything more perfect. I would and will recommend them to anyone that needs these services in the future. Would give more than 5 STARS !!! THANKYOU for the Beautiful Job and Outcome !!!"

My baths were never upgraded since 2004, and I really wanted the Roman tub removed. This was done expertly, and I have a very modern new both, and an extra closet!
