"Approximately one year ago, we hired a screening company to replace our ancient lanai cage and also to add a roof to the porch. The roof leaked after the first rain. The screening company returned four times to fix our leaking roof but they were never successful. They never answered our fifth call nor did they ever return our calls after that. Jim Ayers, owner of Stuart Roof Repairs, was recommended to us by our neighbors. We found Jim to be honest, ethical and his attention to detail is exquisite. Jim spent a fair amount of time trying to determine the source of our leak. Once he figured what our problem was-he spent an incredible amount of time explaining in detail the solution to our leak. "Don't use this company for any work that you may need.Terrible experience.I was quoted 4 hours of work after i send them the picture of what i needed to be done.They ask for a deposit for the material which i gave them.They gave me a date when they were going to start, the day came and called and said that they they didn't received the material so ,they are cancelling the work for that dayso they rescheduled for the thursday. Thursday came i received a email stating that the carpenter was going to be at my home at 8:am, he didn't reach until 10:30 am with no supply.He had to make two trips to Home depot.He used up 3:30 hours am just to gather his supplies. For a 4 hours job it wind up costing me $2700.00 .He also bought excess material that was not needed.The job was of poor quality. I probably would have done a better job.I am just advising not to use them or be aware of their conniving ways of scheming the poor."
