"Crew arrived on time, were very efficient, did a great job (no asphalt "oopsies"), left our project clean, and so far (2 months) the slurry is holding up better than expected compared to previous slurry jobs we've had completed. Project was private drive for 4 homes, about 4,000 sf. Crew cleaned driveway w/blower, sealed cracks, laid down quality slurry mix, and shaved down a couple asphalt bumps (due to buried pipes) to level out the FS. All-in-all a quality job and will look forward to having Landmark Paving come back in 3 years or so to repeat same."

"I had a difficult job for Joshua and his team. I needed an asphalt surface laid in a difficult area to access up a hill of my property.  He told me it wouldn't be easy but he would get it done.  By the end of a 100 degree day they had finished with a nice smooth surface.  However when it was done I realized there was a miscommunication about the exact dimensions.  I explained my issue and he said he would have his team back the next morning with his team.  I felt bad but he said they weren't done until I was happy.  I really appreciated his emphasis on customer satisfaction.  The next day he was there when he said and by the time they were done I had the exact surface I was hoping for.  Joshua definitely cares about doing the best job possible at a reasonable price and I would recommend him to friends looking for asphalt or concrete service.

"ADU Garage conversion is not easy job at all and I was carefully looking for a reliable contractor for that project. Finally I decided to go with Value Up Renovation And Construction, their offer was OK and I heard that they are experts in that area. The project started soon after we signed a contract. Eddie was project manager, he was nice and helpful, he really knows his job. The rest of the crew was also excellent. There were some issues, but the project was finished on time and final price was within budget. The quality is excellent. I can't ask for more!!"

"I needed my driveway repaired and resurfaced. Prior to contacting Del Rey, a paving contractor told me the drive had to be completely torn up, re-graded, rock foundation installed, over which two layers of asphalt would be laid. Needless to say, the estimated cost was far more than I could afford. When I contacted Del Rey, Billy he said there was no problem in resurfacing the existing drive and within a week, the job was done at a reasonable price. The only problem was that the morning they started working, the truck delivering the asphalt broke down on the freeway. Instead of postponing the job, Billy got another delivery and then kept his crew working almost until the evening to get the job done as promised."
