Customer Service rep Geoffrey called back to describe the service they would be able to provide, what procedures the tech would follow, & kept me apprised me of the tech's arrival time. He even called me the day before to ask if I would OK a 1 hour delay (instead of just showing up an hour late!) Amazing. Dan M., the tech, was professional: walked the jobs, detailed exactly what he would do, provided me with an time/material estimate. He came in ON plan time/$ budgets. He cleaned up before (laying down floor coverings, covering his shoes) and afterwards. The job ended up being a bit tricky (that old window frame was a bear) but he not only did the job but made it look aesthetically appropriate. Impressive ingenuity. His willingness to periodically update me (working in another part of the house) of his progress was most welcome. He worked tirelessly in spite of today's high temperature/humidity.
