"Happy Homes team completed interior remodel of a 4 bed 1 bath newly purchased house for our rental company. They pulled building permits and completed inspections with the city. New plaster and paint throughout the whole house. New flooring throughout the whole house. Gutted the bathroom and rebuilt the bathroom from studs including new toilet, shower, and vanity. "I was very happy with the results of a difficult bathroom remodel. The project manager and helper worked almost 12 hours straight, with no more than a 5 minute break. They completed the entire job during that time. They were very nice to work with and cleaned up entirely. My tub faucet is not quite straight, and they left several nicks in my linoleum, where their tarp must have slipped during the demolition, but overall, I am quite pleased."
