"Renaissance flooring has provided the flooring for 3 floors in my home. I really love the quality of their products, when friends or family come over they still ask if my hardwood and/or carpeting is brand néw. This year they completed the flooring in my basement. Mr. Latif and Mr. Bassir have been great to work with. They take the time to walk you through the process, listen to your concerns, and don’t try and pitch or push a certain product on you for the sake of a sale. I would certainly recommend Renaissance flooring, and me constantly going back to them despite getting estimates from other companies is a testament to this! ??"

"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

They were able to flexibly arrange a short and easy estimate where they showed up on time and asked some great questions about the project (which was installing new vinyl flooring in our basement den). "The owner personally came to our home and walked through the area to measure and show us the examples. Once we picked the flooring he quickly provided an estimate. The work team let us know exactly when they would begin work and arrived right on time. The flooring and carpet removal as well as laying the new hardwood was completed in one day. The sanding and refinishing took two days for the final coat of finish and sanding. They did a good job of keeping the dust contained and cleaning up after the job. The crew was polite and courteous and eager to make right any errors or adjustments we requested. We will be going back for any future flooring needs."

They recommended against ripping out the existing hardwoods which would have been more expensive and suggested that we refinish the existing floors to get a better value for our money. They team went above and beyond to take care some last-minute requests from us that were outside of the original scope of work. The showed up on time, stayed late and even finished a day ahead of schedule (amazing!). "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k).
