"Well priced and well dine. We hired them to remove carpeting and refinish the beautiful wood floor that were hidden for forty years"

"When we met with Erik, we instantly knew we wanted his company to refinish our floors. He was honest, sincere, and completely transparent. He didn't rush through the measurements. He explained the process thoroughly and answered all of our questions and our concerns. We absolutely love how beautiful the floors turned out. We felt that we were more than just another job. I highly recommend A1 Wood Floors."

"The entire process was amazing. I needed a significant amount of carpet replaced and I could not have been happier. AVA flooring was professional and equipped with everything to get the job done in a timely manner. During installation the installer even gave me some ideas to make my floor look even better by mixing wood types to get an accent on the floor. I would definitely contract them again and recommend to everyone."

"Mauricio and team were fantastic! Excellent craftmanship and attention to detail. They refinished the entire first level floors, replaced all floor boards, crafted and installed crown molding and did all the paint and touch ups. Many floor companies needed to hire others to complete the carpentry, etc. 3M even worked over the holiday to get the work done ASAP! I will definitely hire again and highly recommend!"

"Very reasonable price. Did everything they promised. Floors look beautiful and extremely happy with our choice."

"Adequate sweep for rates charged. I can respect the game of upselling additional services/upgrades, but I questioned the necessity ($1K for replacing all the wood stove chimney pipes). At the end of it all, I hired another contractor for a second opinion- who addressed piping issues for minimal cost (basically the price of a sweep)."

"We had about seven people come in to give us quotes over two weeks ago. I haven’t even heard from them or received a quote. One guy told us we would have to go to a lumberyard by all the material bring it home. Floor builders came gave us a quote on the spot, said they would bring all the materials and had samples of flooring to pick out. It was exactly how it should be. Everything was provided, and the process was very easy. They worked very hard and were in and out in two days and went above and beyond to move things."

"The rioza team completely transformed our home... The quality of the renovation exceeded our expectations every single detail from the bathroom finishes to the open kitchen design was done beautifully and professionally we notice the team was reliable, organized, and kept us informed throughout the entire process and bring our house a modern feeling, warm, and brand new. I highly recommend rioza for anyone looking for high quality construction and remodeling work!"

"We contracted Prestige to refinish the hardwood flooring in our home. They were excellent to work with. They communicated very well from the start of the project and all throughout the week. Franklin and Marvin were very punctual, moved our furniture with care and were very meticulous with the work that they did. Dave, the owner, even stopped by to check on the project to make sure everything was going smoothly. There was a slight confusion at the end about when they were going to move the furniture back but they rectified the situation satisfactorily. I highly recommend this company for any wood flooring work. I would definitely hire them again."
