"I hired Bob Phalan for repairs and renovation of a rental unit in Dorchester that had wear and tear from multiple tenants. Bob worked on replacing exterior clapboards, renovating the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting all walls and trim throughout the unit. He also plastered damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a good problem solver and can suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. I would definitely hire him again."

"From the time Gerferson came by to take a look at the repair work including siding and trim rot, he was very amicable. He listened to us, and gave us a clear layout of the work involved with notes on what needs immediate attention, and what can be done in a few months. He gave us a couple of quotes with the different options listed. I really liked his mannerism, there was a certain charm and honesty. The crew was very polite and respectful. They knew their work and went about it very professionally. There was a certain camaraderie amongst the 5 members of the crew who showed up to work, there was friendly banter and they genuinely appeared to be enjoying their work. There was great attention to detail, and they did a very good job. When they uncovered rot in the unexposed area, Gerferson was quick to consult with us and quoted very reasonable price to take care of the additional uncovered work. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day and went over the completed work with us. We are immensely satisfied and will definitely hire them again in the near future."

"Excellent work, well coordinated team, very good plan that efficiently communicated what would be done and was done in the time estimated. The job was repairing wood gutters on a historic Victorian house. I had thought I would have to replace the wood with aluminum but the price and reviews of PR Services convinced me that I could retain the historic character of the house by using them."

"Bob Pino did an excellent job on multiple handyman tasks in my home. He responded quickly, was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and skilled in the work done. He completed smaller tasks and efficiently repaired an entryway ceiling, with a second person assisting to get it done quickly. His workmanship was skilled and he did a great job with numerous small repairs, installed an under cabinet TV and patiently explained pros and cons of different repair options. I recommend him highly."

"DC has done several projects for me: replaced and stained exterior wood trim on a majority of the house, rebuild an outdoor structure that holds pool equipment, repaired a fence downed during a storm, stained a new wood fence, prepped and painted a wrought iron, and replaced a skylight. I have been more than satisfied with each project. The workers are punctual, courteous, do an excellent work and then clean up thoroughly. I am so happy to have found a reliable company that does consistently quality work."

"David and his crew did an exceptional job on the exterior of my house, removing and replacing rotting wood and trim. David's communication was outstanding from first contact through the end of the job. The project required professionals who know what they're doing. He and his crew take pride in their work and expertise. Believe the 5 star reviews. David and All Season Construction earned every star."

"The Evolution Paint team painted the exterior of our home (30-year-old clapboard wood) and replaced all the trim with plastic lumber. The team is very hardworking and thorough, as well as polite and neat. They exceeded expectations. We would definitely recommend hiring them."

"Healy Construction did an excellent job and in a timely manner. They repaired, painted and sealed my decks and power washed the house. In addition to cleaning the roof, Healy Construction cleaned my roof and also repaired damage. Chris communicated with me from start to finish, explaining what he was going to do and keeping me updated on the status of the work. I would hire Healy Construction for future home repairs."
