"I hired Bob to repair a door frame that was split, and he was fantastic. Bob was a clear communicator, came to the job prepared, and very friendly. He arrived on time, the quality of his work was excellent and fairly priced, and he finished the work faster than initially projected. Bob also went out of his way to do some additional touch-up paint work in the unit, and gave my girlfriend a small screwdriver for another repair in her apartment. "First the work area was set up to keep it clean. There were 2 project to be done. The lower part of the porch overhang posts were suffering from water rot. New water resistant material was used. It also improved its look. Then the wood storm frame needed to be fixed and the new storm door was adjusted to fit the opening. All was done in 6 hours. The CRX handyman was able to clearly tell me what will be done. Worked as quietly as possible.
