Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. "From the start it was a pleasure to work with Todd Langer of Diversified Property Services. I was impressed at our first meeting. He listened to me talk about what I needed to have accomplished. He asked pertinent questions and was very forthcoming coming about expectations, codes, materials, etc. The proposal came in a reasonable time. Once the town permit was issued his team came to start the job of removing the old deck, digging holes for footings and the new construction of my deck. The job was completed within 10 days. "It’s very hard today to find someone to trust with your vision of your home project . One that is licensed and isn’t there for just the money. But EENN Construction is the Diamond among his colleagues. ! He is a licensed professional contractor. EENN Construction installed 7 kraftmaid cabinets including a crown moldings around the upper cabinets and below the cabinets . A toe kick board was installed that needed modification to accommodate a vent. I am very pleased with the quality work that was done. A custom made cabinet was needed which he provided. He has a great personality, is reliable ,punctual , professional and particular in his performance. If problems arose during the project he would communicate with you the solution for your approval. He makes sure that he is delivering quality work and takes pride in his performance. I highly recommend him for your next home project I will definitely be calling on him for my next project ( next is paint & countertops) . "

"Bobby was incredibly professional, and did wonderful work. I had a shed that was sagging and had rotted wood. He skillfully replaced all the rotting wood with fresh quality wood, and completely rebuilt the barn doors - I now have custom doors on my shed! He also fixed a broken window pane and installed window sills to keep the wood from rotting again in the future. While he was here, he repaired my fence and also sanded down some doors for me so that I could repaint them. He worked outdoors during our coldest days of the winter: 7 degrees. And he worked when there was a foot of snow in my yard. Just shoveled himself a little path and set up all his work equipment. I couldn't believe he was so dedicated, and that he kept to his schedule despite the crazy weather. He also didn't let me pay him until all the work was done. This guy is a keeper!"
