His workmanship was skilled and he did a great job with numerous small repairs, installed an under cabinet TV and patiently explained pros and cons of different repair options. He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed. I called the office on a Thursday and he was able to come out the following Tuesday, which was significantly quicker than anywhere else we called (if they even answered the phone, because most didn’t). Derek is very communicative, easy to work with and transparent about materials and cost. He was super friendly, always on time, and sent updates with pictures about how the job was going. He looked at other places around the house as well, that might need repairs first, as we were looking to paint the house later this summer.
