"This is the 2nd time Bill and his crew have worked on our house.  It went perfectly.  here are some key highlights.
1. Bill is easy to contact and responsive via both phone and email
2. Fair price, I shopped a bit and talked to others who had work done similarly and his jobs are priced competitively.
3. Quality work.  The deck came out beautifully.  The decking is great and he was responsive to our concerns about how things should be done.   There was a problem with the deck not being square when originally built and he had some nice workarounds for this problem. For the exterior wall repair they did a nice job removing old clapboards/fascia boards,etc and fixing the root cause of the problem.  it looks as good as new!  Tested by a heavy rainstorm the next day and the original problem was gone!  No more risk of undue rot.
4. He has an assortment of funny employees that he draws upon, quite entertaining.
Bill and his team are a hard working group of individuals.  They do a quality job, clean up nicely after themselves.  Furthermore, he was able to get to us quickly and get the job done. 
As this is the 2nd time we've used Neary Construction, i can say with certainty that both experiences have been excellent.  Highly recommend.

"These contractors were excellent and renovated 3/4 of our house. They buffered our wood floor and made it look brand new, they remodeled our bathroom and made it look like a Hollywood dressing room, they renovated our cielings, and our basement floors. Additionally, they repainted our porch, our walls in our study and our kitchen. Furthermore, the lead contractor and owner is a **** good carpenter and built new cherry cabinets that perfectly matched the existing ones, they also installed a quartz slab for the counter, as well as a swivel television and new wood floors in the basement.
