"Randy and his team did an amazing job on my gutter replacement. I was impressed by the detail that the installers had, the gutters were created on-site using a machine in their vehicle and the company also used a sturdy filtering system on top of the gutters which eliminates the leaves entering the gutters."

"Aron and his crew do excellent work. We had them do chimney and roof repairs. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them. They added so much value to the exterior of our home. Reliable, professional, caring."

"The technician who ran the the show ( Julian Suspes) worked with a crew of four, all were very knowledgeable in process. James Hardie siding is of  fiber cement. Go on line to see specs, warranty, etc. very good.  When I had an exterminator come to do an ant treatment due to the wet weather he commented how well the siding was done evenly and neat, better than most he has come across. It had changed the entire look of the house, get nothing but good comments. Front of house done in a shingle type format while sides and back done long sheets. One of the first houses to use shingle type front format in this area. All windows done in one day by two carpenters, they were neat as well and the roof took three days, taking off two old.  Originally looked for siders on Angies list got three estimates all around or near the James Hardie siding price but vinyl.  Only things that i needed to do was match some(little) trim outside. Benjamin Moore has matching paint.  Very satisfied with whole process, with minor delays, but thats common with most contractors. (weather, special colors, product availability etc.  Would highly recommend Remodel-Design by Bongiovanni"

"Platinum Carpentry have done excellent jobs on our house. We have had several projects but the 2 main ones are the basement that was finished and now an open floor plan on our main floor (on target to complete over next 2 weeks). We have been very happy with them. The price is right and the quality of the work is great. They are very professional and responsive in all manners. We love our rooms they have done for us. I also appreciate Lisa's honest opinion around design and other aspects of the job. I'd hire them again for more work."

"It was a difficult project requiring the removal of current siding, then significant patching, sanding and carpentry to prepare the original clapboard for paint. The crew was very hard working and super creative when it came to solving problems. They showed up on time every day and finished the project according to schedule. The price was very reasonable and no surprise charges. We are very pleased with AAA and would highly recommend them."

"Unlike some of the other people we called to get quotes for this job, Michael was at our house within a day of us calling him.  He was very prompt with his quote, and while it wasn't the cheapest, it was the most detailed and had us feeling fairly confident in investing with him.  Michael was also sensitive to our budget, telling us which windows needed to be replaced, and which could, at least for now, be protected in the short term until we were able to afford replacing them.  He also suggested replacing two of the fixed windows with awning-style windows - a nice addition that has improved airflow in our house.

Although he quoted us 5 to 7 weeks for installation, the windows arrived weeks early - a pleasant surprise.  Michael was true to his word - we didn't spend a dime more than what he quoted us, he cleaned up the mess before he left, and he had the job completed within two days (more like a day and a half).  The windows look great, and do a better job of matching the house's trim than our previous windows.

A few minor issues... some of the external caulking cracked and fell out within a week of installation - Michael was told us he will come and take care of it.  Windows were left pretty dirty and trim was marked up (primed, but had black marks on it, which will make it tougher to paint); a bit of dry wall needed to be spackled and was done a little hastily.  A few plants outside one window were trampled.

Overall, though, a very pleasant experience.  No tracking of dirt through the house, very easy to work with, and Michael had answers to all our questions.  Unlike some general contractors who also do windows, Michael really seems to know his craft - he was able to find the right windows for us at the (relatively) right price.  We'll be coming back to him when it comes time to replace our other windows!"
