"Beware, tried to rip off my elderly parents. My parents entered into a MONTHLY contract with them for pest control. So they showed up at beginning of month to install some bait stations and said they would be back in a few weeks to check they were installed correctly. WE ARE STILL IN THE SAME MONTH. The tried to double charge the month of July to follow up on the initial installation. They kept saying "it's a monthly charge" and we told them WE HAD PAID FOR THIS MONTH... and then when we SHOWED THEM that we had already paid for July they changed to story to a "new fee".... He figured out where they had entered and put up a one way squirrel door so that when they came out to forage they would not be able to get back in. Sure enough, after a day or two, they all left. John then plugged up the hole. I would recommend his services to anyone who is having problems with invasive wildlife.
