"This pro arrived to the job about an hour and a half early than scheduled time and gave his honest professional opinion on what my problem was regarding a leaky toilet. He also gave me the option to totally remove it it but based on his professional opinion, the project seemed to only require replacing a leaking water supply line which was less work to replace. I appreciated having the option for repair but trusted his professional opinion. To date, the repair appears to have remedied the leak. I had used them years ago on my first house here in Glastonbury. They were great then. Maybe 10 years later (this morning) we woke up with no water on our ‘new’ home (24 years old), also in Glastonbury.
