"I met Rick and Linda Jenkins at one of the home expo shows that take place in the area throughout the year.  There was something about the way they interacted with me that caught my attention. I felt very comfortable in their presence, not pressured and certainly not 'handed a line'.  After reviewing the information on their website, I knew that I wanted this company to give me a bid on the work that needed to be done on the gable vents of my house.
I called and made an appointment. They arrived promptly at the schedule time, asked for permission to return to do a more thorough investigation of the scope of work, and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Rick clearly explained the choices I had: wood, vinyl, or PVC as replacement materials. He explained the pros and cons of each so that I had the information needed to make the most appropriate decision.
Linda provided the quotes for the two options I was interested in (wood and PVC). She was available to answer every question clearly. I was able to make a decision with no pressure to move into a higher priced option.
The work was scheduled and completed within the specified time frame.  If I hadn't been here on the day the work was done, I would never have known that work had taken place on my house or in my yard--other than seeing new, freshly painted gables. All construction material was cleaned up, no damage was done to either the house or the landscaping. There wasn't even a stray drop of paint that escaped the brush!
I am very happy that I chose RLC Contracting Company to make this repair on my house. I found the Jenkins' to be professional, open, and very easy to deal with. They communicate clearly and in a timely manner. They live the values outlined on their website: honesty, clear communication, valuing relationships, doing high quality work. "Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

They always asked if we were happy with how they did it. Offered us opinions to help with the stress process. It was great. Took a little bit longer but to be expected when things pop up. But it is completed and great. He helped us measure to be sure we got the right size cabinets. He helped us even plan things to do to make it look better. He put in our cabinets, plumbing, tile, and back splash. It looks great. Better than the cheap cabinets from home depot or lowes the insurance wanted us to use and just replace the 3 that had smoke damage. I am pleased with everything they did. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them to help remodel my bathroom and replace my carpet floors with wood floors. "Atlantic Services replaced our old roof with GAF Lifetime Architectural Shingles.   The estimate included the removal of the old shingles, several damaged pieces of plywood and an old attic fan.  The roof replacement included the installation of one layer of commercial grade felt paper, ice and water shield, starter shingles, re-flashing all walls, installation of ridge vent on all ridges (including the shed), the replacement of all pipe collars with double collars and painting of all stacks and vents with anti-rust paint.  The work was completed within 2 days.  The owner, Mr. Lego was very helpful.  He thoroughly explained the entire process and answered all of our questions.  He brought over several different shingle colors and was instrumental in final color selection.  Mr. Lego was on the roof working with the crew and had direct oversight of the job.  They were all very professional.  I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.
