"Oliver promptly responded to my call, gave me a quote, gave me info on where I could go to find matching brick, and completely the repairs efficiently and when he said he would."

"Miguel promptly returned my call, came to my house, and gave me an estimate. I accepted his estimate and he and Daniel came out the next day and completed the job to my satisfaction. Miguel is a very good brick mason and replaced the shoulders on both sides of my chimney."

"The gentleman who repaired the brickwork on our 50 year old property went above and beyond! In addition to finding a way to match the bricks and mortar, they found and repaired other places in the brickwork and repaired them, as well. In comparison to other estimates we had for this project, G.R.B. Masonry s estimate was the most reasonable."

"Rob and his crew did a great job.. outside tuck pointing, crack repair, new damper, holes filled. Inside new mortar, smoke chamber fire proofed, new ceramic logs, silica, gas line. Showed us how to operate the new damper and light the fireplace. Perfect job."

"Mario and his team were great. Replaced chimney crown and did tuck point work. Would recommend them for chimney repairs."

"Juan was a pleasure to work with. They did exactly what he said they would do. This was a $15k project. I interviewed several contractors before selecting J&P Brothers Landscaping. I felt comfortable after speaking with Juan and discussing the project. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive, but the quality of the work is obvious with the finished product. Juan or his brother were on site everyday. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them."

"Rivera Concrete Paving's $8,500 bid became $11,000. Owner Magdiel Rivera adds charges after you're committed and doesn't follow through after payment. Cost increases: I mentioned roots upfront - he said equipment could handle it, then charged $450. Said grading unnecessary, then created false urgency claiming we HAD to grade before concrete. Later said could grade after. Added $1,800. Crew broke drainage pipes, charged me $250. Couldn't move AC condenser despite my asking during estimate. Payment tactics: Said pay "when satisfied." Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

"They are very helpful with suggestions. My yard looks great and they re-laid my brick sidewalk. Indy was very courteous and the crew was friendly. Great job."

"We requested a free estimate. Cory provided a detailed explanation of the work to be done (with photos) and the price. He let us know they could do the job on the spot, contact them later or not at all. We opted to have the job completed immediately at what we thought was a reasonable cost. That consisted of a new damper, repairing a cracked crown, replacing some missing bricks and flashing. The work was complete within a couple of hours and we are satisfied with the results."
