They were very professional. and the came and checked the foundation with a meter and even with the crack there was only about an 1/8 of an inch difference in the in the corners of the house. The engineer was prompt, professional, and very informative. He did a full evaluation of the foundation/house and explained to me that I was likely seeing some minor elevation changes due to seasonal weather changes. He said that all I needed was gutters and soaker hose system to help stabilize both my foundation and the ground it sits on. This was a huge help as I had previously been quoted over $5,000 by a foundation repair company to fix the foundation, when it didn’t need any work to begin with. Secondly the price was honest and competative with a great warranty. Foundation work is messy and the had to dig in my flower beds and put everything back as they found it. Justin didnt try to sell me anything more than what was needed to correct the foundation. The bid for the job was what we owed at the end nothing added. Company has integrity and great customer service. The office personnel go above and beyond to help you. They even helped recommend a good plumbing service to fix the plumbing under the house.
