From the beginning starting with a prompt reply and then a timely and accommodating appointment set-up by David to come out and give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and fair. An agreed upon day was scheduled and they (David & Angel) arrived right on-time as scheduled. The scope of the work they would do was explained first and then the work was done. The quality of their work was excellent. David was very friendly and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable on what needed to be done with my tile.
