He showed me the broken pipe he had fixed and charged us exactly what he had quoted. He was in and out in about an hour, and it was not an easy space to work in under the house. Kelly was very responsive on the telephone, and he was super professional and polite! We will be hiring him to install a tankless water heater for our house. Great service!!"

"Plumber that was sent said needed new valve. Came out with valve, so I thought, turns out it was actually a cartridge for the valve. Wanted to charge me for 3 hours labor. One hour was spent putting in 2 screws....Didn't fix the problem and expected to be paid 3 hours labor. This is a big rip-off. Also send apprentices to do the job. I believe in on job training, but i shouldn't be paying for it. They reduced the bill by $140, but still the problem is not resolved and I am out the time and money. I would suggest finding another plumbing company that doesn't try to run up the bill by wasting time and who know what they are doing."
