"We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. "It was a pleasure to work with Eric, we hired him for a complete backyard renovation which included tree removal, leveling the surface and place pavers and a deck on top. Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely. We were impressed how Eric handled the project and met all the deliverables, also his team was extremely polite an professional. Our backyard now looks like the ones advertised in magazines. All this led us to start a new project with him to replace the cracked driveway with nice new pavers."

"DL Design Construction did a superb job of replacing old and rotted wood siding on our house with long-lasting James Hardie fiber cement siding. Ours was not a whole-house project, just some accents, and a chimney tower, but DL tackled it with professionalism and attention to detail. There was never a sense that their crew was rushing and they absolutely did not cut any corners. They fixed some dry rot that was under the old siding at a very reasonable cost. Every stage of the job passed inspection easily, and the end result looks great. Their bid was highly competitive and their workers were capable and courteous throughout. Highly recommended."

"Went Fantastic. My home is 17 years old. Frank and his crew has painted the entire exterior and interior of my home (see each of those reviews). I didn't hesitate to contact Frank when I wanted all my interior wood cabinets painted which included all kitchen, linen closets and 2 bathroom vanity cabinets painted. Frank and his crew arrived on time and immediately started prepping the job. The refrigerator needed to be moved out of the kitchen but the stove and dishwasher remained. They drew a map of the kitchen cabinets and both bathroom vanities. They removed all cabinet doors/drawers and removed the hardware. They numbered all cabinet doors and drawers and identified each on the maps they drew. They completely sanded each drawer and door. Frank uses the highest quality paint products and used an excellent shellac primer on all the wood surfaces to ensure an excellent adhesion of paint. Then taped/masked off around where they would be painting. The nice part was I didn't need to empty all the cabinets but did have to empty the contents of each drawer. They sealed off the kitchen and bathrooms like little paint booths but I still had used of the toilets/showers/sinks. I did lose the ability to use the kitchen to cook in but didn't find that an imposition. At the end of each day, they made sure I had use of each bathroom. The final product was a beautiful finish and new looking cabinets. I couldn't be more pleased!"
