We decided that, since he was coming anyway, to have the full shower polished as well as our marble floor. It was a two day job. Curt was meticulous in his work. He caulked some spots in the shower at no charge. Roger lent a hand on the second day in order for them to be done. There is a marked difference in our shower and floor. They look brand new!"

"Brian arrived right on time, checked out the granite and gave us a price. We accepted the price and he sanded down several spots on the edges of the granite counter top. He then cleaned and sealed the kitchen granite. Very pleased with his work. He used a vacuum hose attached to the sander so no dust is released into the air. No cleanup needed after he left. The edges are as good as new with no nicks. Brian came out seven years ago and we were glad to have him come back. We'll probably need him again in another seven years or so."

"I was told they would call 30 minutes before they showed up at the house. Not a big deal, but they didn't do this. The cleaning was ok, but the carpets were soaking wet. I was told it would take a few hours to dry. They started at around 1:30pm, finished about 3:00pm. At 11:00pm that night, all carpets were still very wet, even after blowing a fan on them most of the evening and even the next morning, After the carpet cleaning was done, there was quite a bit of solution on our hardwood floors. The person that was doing the work started mopping it with water. You don't put water on hardwood floors; it ruins them. Once I saw that, I immediately told them to stop, wipe it up and I would clean them with the Bona floor cleaner, You would think since I, the homeowner, was there, they would ask in advance about how to wipe up the floor. Also, the person that did the cleaning wore sneakers, and I could see tread marks on the floors downstairs and upstairs in the bathroom. I don't understand why special protective "footies" wouldn't be worn while cleaning. I also noticed several scuff marks on the walls near the front door where all of the hoses were brought in and the front door had chemicals on them which I wiped down. My wood table in the living room also had hand marks on them (not sure if this was chemical based or just sweat) but again I would expect this to be cleaned up at the end of the job. I don't think that enough care was taken to ensure my hardwood floors and other property were cared for the way they should have been. I will not use this company again."

"Seve did a very professional cleaning job of our carpet and lazy boy chair.  His assistant, not so much.  But after calling Seve about the matter he returned within a couple of days and took care of the two missed / not so good items.  I gave him an A for quality as he fixed the job and by and large most of the work really was A quality.  In addition to cleaning we purchased a double treatment of Scotch Guard to seal the carpet fibers well before we moved in.  My idea, but they do that for commercial building in high traffic area. <br /> I have no problem with using him again instead of the big boys.  Very good work at a competitive price.  It was a good choice for us. <br />"
