"Flooring installation was great, and my new back splash is beautiful. Dalton & Henry did a very professional job. They were on time, polite, careful with my personal household items and played with the dog. Carpet was installed. installers were great. Yellowstone Granite was sub-contracted to install granite. It rained, over night that morning, granite was outside before it was delivered and installed. It is yellowish/gold color, instead of white. Either it was never sealed or sealed correctly. I've been promised over and over again, by my contractor, Travis that it would be stripped and resealed. Yellowstone never called. They also owe me two pieces of granite that was left from the large stone to go under my Grandfather clock and a mini fridge. I feel that A Touch of Grace did not deliver the beautiful kitchen I was promised. Also the dishwasher was not properly reattached to the counter top. Every time i open it, it falls open. These project were in late August, early September still not resolved."

Within a week or so Chris had all the details worked out through insurance, materials at the house and guys on the roof. They cleaned up EVERYTHING. I have yet to find a roofing nail or any debris. "When I bought this house, it was was filthy, smelled horrible from outside even, was rodent and roach-infested. Counters, floors were wet and rotting. Everything had to be torn out and rebuilt. Now my home is beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely. There were no short-cuts or rush jobs, or anything left unfinished. I’ve had neighbors and friends who are in building and construction admire and compliment the high quality of the work done on my home. Most people who come in comment on the beautiful flooring, or the cleanliness of the walls and ceilings. I suspect there are still neighborhoods that are recovering. I can't imagine the damage that might have been done to an unfinished roof. (Plus, with the radiant barrier, my electrical bill is down, and the new tiles are so much more massively durable, I can be confident in another very long run before roofing maintenance.)"
