"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

"Oscar and his team did an incredible job helping us fix and replace our drywall in our basement, clean up the roofs of our house and detached garage, replace exterior siding that was damaged, and also clean and repair our windows. It was a seamless experience from beginning to end. Oscar was proactive and communicative about the work that was being performed (as well as the work timeline), we knew our home was in great hands. He also has excellent attention to detail, and we are so impressed with the quality of the work on our home. The project was completed efficiently, and as I previously noted, the end results are amazing! I would definitely hire Oscar and his team again for our future renovation projects."

"Excellent work. Jon B is super friendly, easy to work with, and "gets" what it is we need and want. We are thrilled with his execution of the stairs which look very artistic and fit in with the setting. We would rehire him instantly. We actually had him do a deck and front door canopy in 2016 which everyone continues to admire. A fabulous contractor !!!!"

"Had SD Express (Honeycomb Construction) paint our garage and WOW - it made a huge difference. Overall very happy with the outcome and service provided by Eugeniu and his brother and would hire again (have already recommended him to family members). I sent Eugeniu an email and he replied promptly and came by for an in person visit to provide an estimate (I was only interested in prime / paint at first) but Eugeniu recommended that we mud / sand the walls first to give the garage a smoother finish. The estimate process was easy and when we agreed upon a date / time for service, Eugeniu was professional and arrived on time each day. Eugeniu and his brother covered the paint site with appropriate protective cover so the paint would not stain the floor or a few of our personal items that we left in the garage. They applied mud the first day, sand and prime the second day and painted the ceiling and walls the 3rd day (white ceiling and grey walls). The paint job made a huge difference - what was previously unfinished we now look forward to organizing and making it a useable space"

"I was very satisfied with his work. He and his crew were both very professional."

"We contacted Matthew for an estimate and he met all of our expectations. It is difficult to find businesses that handle their clients in the professional and efficient manner that Premier Painting handled our project. Matthew responded immediately to all of our questions as they came up and kept us informed of how things were going all along the way. We not only needed exterior painting, but we also needed some siding and other trim work replaced prior to painting. The crew did a beautiful job with the repairs and with the painting. They were super polite and so professional. When they were done, our exterior looks beautiful and everything was cleaned up and put back in place. I have already recommended this business to one of my friend's that is in need of exterior painting."

"Jose and his team at J&T did an excellent job. Very pleased to have worked with them on our kitchen renovation. They were extremely informative throughout the work, helping guide us to make the right decisions as the work progressed. Additionally, J&T is very fair and transparent on the price and even helped us get better contractor discounts for the majority of our materials. Additionally, J&T worked around our schedule to see the job through. Will definitely hire again. Very happy with the J&T team and the finished product. Thanks!"

"Mike and his team were friendly and professional. From first contact to project completion they not only met but exceeded my expectations. I would not only recommend Personal Niche but will be using them again for a variety of projects."

"This was just a very mixed experience. The owner was very responsive, very professional and very nice. We agreed on a price and date. The person in charge of the job was also very professional and very nice when we met to discuss details. I also liked both paint crews that worked in my house. However, when the job was over, I called about paint along the edges of my kitchen cabinets and about a spot in my bathroom that was not done well. The person who came to look at it repaired the spot in the bathroom and said that the kitchen cabinets needed to be caulked and then the person in charge of the job called me to say that they don't do caulking. Well, it was not caulking, it was paint on my cabinets. I have now noticed paint on the woodwork in the rest of the kitchen and in the upstairs hallway. I finally talked to the owner who said that they would come out to fix it, but I did not have time to schedule it at that time. There was also a misunderstanding about painting the woodwork in the living room. I assumed that they would and they didn't. That may have been my being new to hiring people to take care of my house, but they were not very nice when I called about it. Although someone did come and do the trim for free, but left some paint on the wood floor. Then there were just things that happen. I didn't check and the refrigerator ended up being unplugged for 3 days. There is a small dent in my bannister. There is a mark on my new kitchen floor from the refrigerator being moved. Generally they were so nice that I really wanted to be able to give a good recommendation. From the other reviews, my experience seems to have been an anomaly.
