"I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"Prompt and professional. Replaced water heater same day for us"

"Great communication throughout the entire process, informative friendly people from the office to the field. All safety precautions were taken during both the in home estimate and final installation of the water heater which was completed in under 4 hours. SeaTown are my new best friends!"

"Install was on time and as described. '1st Response' did the job I expected for the water heater install. Good customer service for scheduling. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

"Bel Red is a good company, but their rates are high. We had a water leak in the wall that was difficult to locate. The repair person was very helpful in locating the leak, but the bid was very high for the fix. If I had a major plumbing job I might consider the company based on their customer service."

"They did a great job, we had some sewer replacement work done and a tankless installed. We love the tankless and haven’t had a single issue with our sewer since. It was so worth it, and they were quick and efficient!"

"I have been a general contractor for over 40 years and I have used Resolute Plumbing and Heating exclusively for the last 10 to 15 years. They have done commercial and residential projects for us handling all of our plumbing and gas piping needs. Jeff and his team are very experienced and extremely knowledgeable in all the services they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or gas piping services!! They do great work at a very competitive price."

"They came out quickly to give me a estimate for replacing my 10 year old Rinnai heater. They actually told me NOT to get the additional optional recirculating feature that another company was recommending, due to cost and reliability issues. When Washington Water Heater’s bid came in it was about 40% less than the other guy for the same work and same water heater (minus the recirculating feature)- $5200 vs $9100. They didn’t require any money up front (other guy wanted 50%) and were able to schedule the work for only a few days out (other guy said it could be weeks or months). The showed up on time, did excellent work and even charged me slightly LESS than the original bid because they ended up not needing to install a pump for the condenser."

"Very responsive with information on options and recommendation to prevent further repairs."
