We are delighted with the finished product. It feels like a new house. They did an excellent job of installing the tile, attentive to every detail. Dave, the owner, was one of the installers. However ,I am not satisficed with the quality. I felt if I were educated more by the Sales people, I could have picked a better quality flooring wood planks. Maybe the Sales person thought I could not afford it."
