"I live in Eltingville, Staten Island, and my old concrete step had started deteriorating badly. There were cracks in several areas and the surface was really beginning to show its age, but I honestly didn?t want to spend the money replacing the entire step if it could be properly repaired. I called TriStone Masonry & Restoration and Dominic came out and gave me a completely free estimate. The price was extremely reasonable, so I decided to go ahead with the repair, and I?m very glad I did. Dominic and the team repaired the damaged and cracked sections using reinforced concrete and then completely stuccoed and refinished the step. The transformation was unbelievable. It genuinely looks like a brand-new step today without me having to pay for a complete replacement. Excellent workmanship, very fair pricing, and genuinely trustworthy guys. "Mike was great. I got two spots in my backyard that I wanted patio pavers, around one side of the pool and underneath my second floor deck. By the pool was approx. 250sqft with a walkway and below the deck 256sqft as well. Along with 3ft x 15ft concrete patch. I needed this project competed before the weekend and him and his crew was able to get the job in three days. Both patios look great and my wife can finally see my vision and she loves it as well."

"The flat roof of our 2 family house was leaking intermittently after multiple attempts to patch it. I called Milestone and Mik returned my call right away, scheduled a visit within days to inspect the roof and provide his proposal. He arranged for a crew of 4 to come the following weekend for 2 days to install new roofing. Because rain was forecast for Sunday of that weekend, Mik sent a larger crew who finished the job in one very long day. They were extremely hard workers and cleaned up everything before they left. It's been 4 months and a number of torrential rains since the work was completed with no leaks. Mik guaranteed his work for 10 years. I would definitely recommend them!"

"Everything went very smoothly. Work was completed expeditiously and exactly as agreed. The foreman Manny does beautiful work and manages his team well. The job site was left neat and clean at the end of each day, the workers respectful, and the results meticulous. Part of the job was straightforward: replacing stair treads, repointing brick, and pouring concrete. All was completed expertly. The other major part of the job was a complete rebuilding of a rough stone wall. Here's where Manny and the quality of the work really stood out to me. Not only was the rebuild was completed to spec (which included narrowing the footprint of the wall and patching the areas underneath), but the work was done with high attention to detail and taking the time and care to make the wall look as nice as possible. Well run and well managed outfit who care about doing the absolutely best job possible - would use again in a heartbeat."
