"DE Turner and Son put a new roof after a freak hail storm. We got a new roof with gutters on my home. David gave me a very detailed estimate of the work. He outlined options in a way that was easy to understand. For example he explained the cost of replacing what we had, vs upgrading. We went for the upgraded options of architectural shingles with a better wear rating. This wasn’t an up sale, this was David’s decades of knowledge on products on the market. The upgrades were only about an 8% increase for twice the roof. His team descended on my home, did excellent prep on the site, and stared the roof. When they were done, they walked me through the work, and left the site just as they found it. The old gutters were removed and new, upgraded one, installed the following week. Roof looks great, we are very happy."

The technician examined the roof and determined it was severely damaged and needed to be removed and replaced. Contacted my insurance company who reviewed the photos and other documentation and agreed that a new roof was needed. The crew came out as scheduled and in one day totally removed the old roof down to the bare wood and installed a much superior roof. This was over 3000 square feet of roof.
