They promptly returned, added the additional down spout at no additional charge, which corrected the problem. They stood behind their product 100%. Courteous, professional, experts, or a few of the words that I would use to describe this company. My job had several turns and elevations. "It took me from May 4, 2021 until May 20, 2021 to get my roof and sheetrock repaired. They damaged my a/c due to nail holes in my line and claimed it wasn't their fault, had to argue to get my a/c man paid. They tried to add on to my bill for money already being paid by my insurance company to them for paint and decided not to replace materials without my consent that was included with my insurance money, also. Threw materials in my garbage can that I paid for but couldn't ever use again. They still have not given me an itemized bill or statement showing me what I or my insurance company paid for. They were supposed to do gutters but not after all of this. Will NOT use or recommend them."
