"Mr. Key responded almost immediately to he job request on Home Advisor. He not only fixed the known issues with the sprinkler system but when testing the system he was able to show me a few other issues that had started over the winter. Price was very fair for the work and was done quickly. He did a great job educating me about small fixes to the sprinklers."

"Rooks did some really good and beautiful work for me (though the work was mostly actually done by a different lawn service) however the job that I paid for was never completely finished.  1st, no liner was placed under the pine straw as I requested and had ready to use, so within a week I had weeds growing back in my gardens.  The edging never got placed. I actually paid someone else a great deal less than what was originally paid to Rooks to lay the edging.  I also requested to setup maintenance and follow-up. Once they were gone, I have yet to hear from them. 
I do hate it, because Chris and Gregg were very nice and good guys. Maybe just overwhelmed with work and quality failed a little.
