The only thing was that I was asked to make an initial payment, but then I told them that once all the materials are kept on my driveway, I'll pay the cost of it, which they agreed. There was a problem with the windows and when I told them, they had it replaced. I realized that it was not his fault and paid for it. I had a leak after about 5 to 8 years and he came out and had that taken care. I will use them again in future."
