"Derrick Fausnight and his team (Justin & George) worked on our rental property to get it into amazing condition. After our renters destroyed the carpets, tile and walls, we looked for a company that could come in and make the property look beautiful again. Removed the tile and carpet throughout the entire house 2. patched and resurfaced the underlying foundation where settling had occurred 3. removed all the shelving from all closets then patched, sanded and retextured all the interior walls 4.
