"Buyer beware!!! I have never had such a nightmare with this company. Save your money and your sanity. They installed a patio cover for me. It leaked immediately. This was two years ago. For the past two years, they have been out at least 7 or 8 times claiming to "fix" the leaks. The leaks were not normal patio leaks by the way. The leaking has cause 3 of the 4 lights installed in the patio to fail. Every time they come, it's never fixed. The leaks keep getting worse. They never follow up with me, I always have to call them. They do not manage their sub contractors at all. This latest round started just before Christmas 2021, it's now been three months, four visits later. They took flashing off, said they were going to let it dry out and put it back. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, I noticed rain on the weather , I called Trig who had to send them back out to put the flashing back on. They sent some guy to do some more drastic sealing or something on my roof, they claimed it was done.....see attached photos of how they left my roof claiming it was done. Also, never followed back up with me on a light they need to replace which is still burned out and filled with water from rains. Save yourself the headache please!!! This still isn't resolved. I have filed a BBB compliant to try and help me resolve."

"SES is the best company you can think of when it comes to remodeling your house. I finished my project 6 months ago and the communication was great. Maiia from the office kept on following up with every question we had. We had the SES app that we communicated easier and saw pictures of our project throughout the process. We live half of the year in Russia and due to COVID we couldn't come back so it took a while until we were able to see how it came out. Job was done properly, they cleaned the house when they finished and it was a pleasure to do business with them."

"Tal Mechaly was extremely useful when we hired him and his people to design and rebuild our new kitchen and laundry room. Tal helped us select the new stunning marble slab for the new island that he implemented in the design and the gorgeous chandelier above it because the island that he designed for us included table as well. Tal Mechaly was amazing at selecting all the paint colors combinations and with his design… he was able to pull it all together as one piece of art kitchen. Tal Mechaly was very easygoing person to work with, with excellent creativity skills and his thinking outside of the box ability was beyond believes."

"This is the second time we've used Bryden Electrical for an electrical wiring job in our vintage home. Andre, our electrical engineer, exceeded expectations. He is the best electrician bar none, we have ever worked with. The job was done in good time and the rate was extremely fair. This company is superb."

"We signed up for our solar Jan 2023 with Nick Bar well before the NEM2 deadline. We emailed numerous times in Feb, Mar and April to ensure we were locked in before the April deadline. I had a couple quotes from other solar companies but even though Nick was more expensive we decided to sign with Nick because he was referred from a friend. Fast forward to June when Nick pays a visit to my house trying to sell me on NEM3 alerting me we will not get NEM2 because of the delay with my HOA. Also trying to down play all the benefits we missed out from NEM2 to NEM3. Only until I did my own research to find out you actually have 3 years to install solar as long as the application for solar was applied before the April deadline, they finally admitted to there mistake from filing on time. BEWARE!!!! This company is shady…. I wouldn’t trust a 25 year contract for solar and expect all the savings from Edison if they can’t even file the paper work correctly. Ultimately I regret my decision to pick AHI Builders for any work to be done at my residence."

"I highly recommend Audio Pro Direct and Michael B. Background: I had an old circa 90s wired alarm system in my single-family house. This alarm system was hard-wired to the landline phone for the purpose of making automatic outgoing calls to a monitoring station in the event that the alarm went off. I wanted to upgrade the system. I did my research using Consumer Reports and others and decided on Ring. I already had an outdoor Ring camera. Ring also has an upgrade path, allowing you to reuse existing wired sensor zones by connecting them to their retrofit kit. This was the deal-clincher, as many of my wired sensor zones are for alarm window screens -- special window screens that trigger the alarm when removed or cut. I did a search for independent low-voltage electricians who would feel comfortable doing the retrofit and the rest of the Ring alarm installation: the base station, the motion detectors, a few new wireless sensors, and a few new glass break sensors. Mostly the retrofit, as Ring components are in fact easy to install by consumers with basic handyman and computer app skills. The retrofit was beyond my capabilities. Surprisingly, the search (here on Yelp and on other sites) did not turn up many results. Most did not respond to my inquiries. Many/most security businesses will only deal with one or two security system vendors. Almost no one had experience with Ring. Audio Pro Direct responded quickly. I spoke with Michael the principal and described what I needed. He had experience with the Ring retrofit kit. I sent them a detailed list of components I needed installed. They sent me back a proposal. The whole thing was very professional, as you would expect from a contractor, from start to finish. Michael came out and got a first-hand look at the existing system. The day of the install went very well. I should note that it is super important as the client to know how you want things done, such as where to mount/install components. Most details were discussed in advance. I communicated a few details and they did as I asked. There were a few outstanding items that needed to be fixed (dead landline phone line and placement of a few sensors), and Michael's installer technician came back a few days later and took care of these."
