"September 18, 2024 All About Roofing LLC, Just wanted to let you know that on July 14th, there was a horrible storm that went through Tucson and left our roof damaged. Gilbert Galindo was here on our street checking out other roofs that were also damaged on our street. It was after 5 and he was right there taking care of all the neighbors that had roof damage. We gave him all the necessary information that was required to get the process started and Gilbert said not to worry, that his company would take care of the process to get the insurance company, etc. going to get our roof taken care of. Every time we had a question or wanted to know the progress, I contacted Gilbert and he answered our questions without a problem. He has been extremely courteous and pleasant every time we have contacted him. He informed us, plus the office, of when the process would begin. From getting our solar panels removed, to the roof being replaced, and then the re-installation of the solar panels. He was here checking on the progress of the roof installation on September 12th and answered more of our questions. On Friday, the 13th, the solar panel re-installation began and the first set of panels we originally had installed a few years ago, would not come on line. The second set of panels came on line right away. The lead installer said that he could not get the panels started again, so I asked him if someone else would be coming out to try to get them started. He did not know when that would happen. He said maybe the next week. Not being satisfied with that answer, I called Gilbert and told him what was going on. He said he would call the company and he told me that he told them to get a team out here sooner, rather than later. Gilbert called me back and they said a new team would be here on the 17th between 1pm and 4pm. They showed up around 10:30am and got started. Come to find out that a couple of the connections were not completed correctly. The new team got the first set of panels working right away after they found the problem. I let Gilbert know that the panels were finally working and he was extremely pleased. Gilbert is an awesome representative of your company. In my view, he goes the extra mile to get the work done and done properly. The employees getting the old roof off and getting the new roof on were excellent in doing their job as well. Please thank them again for all their hard work on a hot day. We would recommend your company to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs. Thank you again. Terry and Michael"

"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"We called Foamco when we had a water leaking in our ceiling in the computer room. They found and fixed a small surface crack in the roof. They didn?t think the roof was our problem. The Roof had no water near the surface crack. He went out of his way to find out what was causing the dripping ceiling to determine if it was really his company or if there was something else that was causing the water leak. He discovered that our problem was connected to the air conditioner?not the roof. I would definitely use this company for future roofing problems."

"Put in for the quote and got a response fast. We negotiated over the phone they are flexible. They were there the next day doing power wash. They also won't take money until you're satisfied. The paint job is great and they will come back and fix anything you can find afterwards. House was painted 3 days after contacting them. NOTE: All I would say if there are cracks or repairs you want fixed before they paint walk outside and mark them with something so they can see them otherwise they possibly won't be touched."
