"I made big mistake by hiring Danny Nicholas (America's Roofing & Seal Coating - Unlicensed Contractor) to paint my house. He just ruined my house completely 1. Rooms/walls painted unevenly, lighter at one area and darker in others, with old paint clearly visible in so many areas throughout the house 2. Doors/shelves either not painted at all or there are others that are unevenly painted 3. Used wrong type of paint on wooden surfaces - kitchen cabinets, stair case, doors and baseboards - and as a result the paint started peeling off within days 4. Paint splattered throughout the house - paint stains on carpets, tile floors and other areas. 5. Initially when we pointed some of these problems, he said he would fix them and clean the splatters - but when we notified of the issues with wood surfaces peeling off paint, he simply absconded/stopped taking phone calls with all the money taken 6. Ruined my house completely - needed to look for another contractor to fix the problems"

(This gave me time to compare quotes with competitors, all of which were not even willing to do the job!) I also had a lot of questions and reached out many times to the office staff, who were more than happy to answer my obscure questions and curiosity. When they arrive for work, they were very polite and dutiful, no loligaging. They did the work and sent me Amazon recommendations for products that would help my project last, giving me the most for my money. She also cleans the condo and and has everything done as a turn key for us to come into when we come back. Shelly took very good care of me when my wife went home for the holidays in 2024. I had a torn quadriceps tendon after a total knee replacement. She had a lot of responsibilities taking care of me and taking me to my PT appointments 3 times a week.
