"I called one day and they were out to my house the next day. The replaced the rollers and oil the garage door and also replaced one roll of hinges. He also inspected the garage door both from the inside and outside. He also noted that in the near future to replace the springs. The source of the concern is that the original opening the old door hung in was not square. The installer ended up using a lot of filler to make it look right. So right now everything is great.
