I mentioned that my second garage door was not responding to a remote and in a matter of seconds, he was able to provide me with a new remote. Joshua also quickly programmed the buttons in my car to open that door. I am overwhelmed with the professionalism and respect that Joshua showed during my appointment. At our previous home, we had a terrible experience with another garage door company that used multiple scare tactics to oversell me on repairs.
