We were changing up the layout of a couple of rooms and the guys were kind enough to help me put things back in different places once the floors were done since this wasn’t an empty house install. "As someone who works from home (and therefore looks at flooring all day), I decided I had had enough of the 15+ year old carpet in my house. I first spoke with Jake about a year ago about the flooring project I was considering. I ended up having to put the project off due to budget considerations. When I called him again, over a year later, Jake was just as kind and eager to consider the project as he had been the previous year. We put a plan together, and put it on the schedule for a few weeks later. I'm sure it is not the easiest to plan a flooring project around someone who is both 1) living in the house and 2) working in the house, but Jake was extremely understanding and worked around my schedule above and beyond what was asked. "Wowsers! If we had to summarize our flooring install it would be just that. Foundation Plus Services did a PHENOMENAL job on our floors. Our journey started last fall when I decided to take on our 1-room DIY flooring job. As we began researching the dos and donts of flooring installation we realized that this was a job meant for a professional. We visited all of the big box retail stores and even some smaller local mom and pops. While their flooring products are good, their installation prices were outrageous! As we began to narrow down our material choice we decided to go all-in and have our entire house installed with Luxury Vinyl Plank (1950sqft.) This consisted of removing the ceramic tiles in our wet areas & foyer and carpet. One inquiry on HomeAdvisor led to this amazing company. Israel & Madelyn took care of us from start to finish. NEVER at anytime did we feel pressured or rushed in our decision. Israel came out in October to measure our home to provide a solid estimate. My wife and I waffled back and forth rather or not this was something that we really wanted to do. Finally in March (yes 6 months later) we decided to pull the trigger. One call to Madelyn and we were off and running. We were told that our project would take a week to complete. The flooring crew arrived on the date and time as scheduled and immediately got to work. We did not want to take off work so we left the house to them all five days. Every day when we returned from work our project progressed significantly. The installers took great care of the furniture they moved and made sure we had a "livable" space to live in every night. We never worried about anything. The installers even recommended that we install an underlayment due to the poor quality of our foundation. I could go on and on about the great service that Israel and his team provided to us. "Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity.
